Placement Cell is a professional body, working towards enhancing Student Welfare. The team consists of a body of individuals effortlessly working to nurture and prepare students for their future career options and bring success and repute to the Institution. DCMTE College’s Placement Cell communicates and caters to all the students of the college under the supervision of Management.
This Cell acts as a bridge between Our Students/Pupil-teachers/Teacher Trainees and the recruiters. The Cell is also responsible for placement of final year Students/ Pupil-teachers/ Teacher Trainees, providing internship opportunities and grooming Our Students/ Pupil-teachers/ Teacher Trainees of all the batches. Our College’s Placement Cell also conducts various training programs ,workshops and regularly takes up various initiatives to develop Pupil-teachers’ skill and imparts knowledge and awareness in the Educational field. Helping and assisting Pupil-Teachers to prepare for interviews and tips on getting a smart resume and cover letter ready are all integral activities carried out by the Placement Cell of Our College.
It works with the clear objective of facilitating Career Opportunities for the Teacher Trainees of Our College. This Cell ensures that the newly enrolled B.Ed. Students/Pupil-Teachers are well informed about the variety of opportunities available to them. Our College Placement Cell works year round to provide information, counseling and grooming to pupil-teachers (teacher trainees) and act as an interface between pupil-teachers (teacher trainees) and potential employing schools. Our college identified schools in the neighborhood to afford opportunities for Pre-internship to its first year Pupil-teachers (Teacher Trainees) and Internship training for second year pupil-teachers (teacher trainees).
Our pupil-teachers get to learn a whole new perspective in terms of what to expect when they set out to begin their career options. Several Pupil-teachers of our college have found successful job opportunities in various schools across the country there by fulfilling the objective of Our College’s placement Cell.
